Magic Moments

Today I am taking part in The Oliver’s Madhouse, Magic moments linky

I have 2 which I am going to share as they are both vaguely cake related!

If you are a follower of this blog you will know that my youngest Tim is allergic to dairy.

This might not sound like that magical a moment to most, but for me it felt very magical.

While pouring icing onto a cake Sammy thought it was milk and tried to stop me as in his words

STOP Mummy, milk Mummy, Timmy can’t have milk

It certainly felt magical to know that Sam is learning and understanding and more importantly watching out for his little brother.

Again this is about Sammy.

Saturday night I put him to bed explaining how it would be Daddy’s birthday the next day.

Sunday morning Daddy popped into his bedroom, as he left there was a little voice shouting

it might have been a little bit late as Daddy had left the room, but it’s the thought that counts and was definitely a very magical moment for Daddy, being wished a happy birthday by his 2year old with no one telling him to do it.

So what has your most recent magical moment been?

Why not come along and join in
