Cakes – dairy, egg, soya free – 1

This is a recipe for a general Victoria sponge style cake

  • 6oz self raising flour
  • 4oz Block margarine – I used stork
  • 4 oz caster sugar
  • 2 egg equivalent egg replcer
  • 4 tablespoons milk – I used oatly

Set oven to 180

  • cream margarine and sugar together
  • add egg
  • fold in flour to dropping consistency
  • put into greased and lined cake tin

Bake for around 20minutes
