Cakes – dairy, egg, soya free – 2

This cake is based on Cakes – dairy, egg, soya free – 1

  • 12oz self raising flour
  • 8oz Block margarine – I used stork
  • 8 oz caster sugar
  • 4 egg equivalent egg replcer
  • 8 tablespoons milk – I used oatly
  • 1 capful of vanilla essence

 

cream margarine and sugar together,

this time I added all the liquids (egg, milk and vanilla essence) before folding in the flour, I found this worked better

cook at 180 for around 20mins
