Cakes – dairy, egg, soya free – 3

This cake is again based on Cakes – dairy, egg, soya free – 1

  • 15oz self raising flour
  • 3oz coco powder
  • 12oz Block margarine – I used stork
  • 12 oz caster sugar
  • 6 egg equivalent egg replcer
  • 12 tablespoons milk – I used oatly

 

cream the margarine and sugar together,

mix in the eggs and milk

fold in the flour

put into greased and lined cake tins

bake at 180 for 35minutes
