plain fudgeThis was a bit of an experimental recipe as all I found were recipes for either chocolate fudge, or containing ingredients that are on our NO-GO list

I made a large badge so the quantities I used were

  •  800g Icing Sugar
  • 150g marshmallows
  • 60g Vitalite
  • 3 Tablespoon oatly cream
  • 1.5 Teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Vegetable oil for greasing tin

measure all dry ingredients in one bowl

melt wet ingredients on another

pour wet ingredients into dry bowl and mix

squish (technical term!) into tin

leave to set

cut to size



Personally I found these a little too sweet, but then I find ‘normal’ fudge too sweet as well.
