Well that is it, Christmas is very nearly upon us and over the last few days all I have done is cook!

I’ve had a few assistants over the last few days
My husband who turned the chocolate log from the above to
Tim who thinks that when making pastry you should just sprinkle the flour and margarine on the floor
and Sammy who likes to taste test as he goes along
Everything seems to have gone well, lets hope that everyone enjoys joining Tim in being dairy, soya and egg free!
